Felons Seafood at Manly Wharf is looking for passionate Cooks to join our kitchen team.

Set right on the water at Manly Wharf, Felons Seafood is all about fresh produce, quality seafood, great drinks and an energetic atmosphere. We're looking for chefs who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in putting out consistently great food.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking food to our recipes and quality standards
• Working across different sections of the kitchen as required
• Supporting the chefs during busy service periods
• Ensuring food is prepared, stored and handled safely
• Keeping your workstation clean, organised and ready for service
• Working as part of a team to deliver great food and memorable guest experiences

What we are looking for:

• Previous kitchen or cook experience is preferred
• A genuine interest in food and hospitality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Someone who isn't afraid to get stuck in and help the team
• Availability across evenings and weekends
