Artemus Group is looking for a POS Systems Support Specialist to support our growing portfolio of restaurants, bars and hospitality venues. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in venue management who understands hospitality operations inside and out and is passionate about technology, problem-solving and improving the way teams work.

As our POS Systems Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for all POS-related support across the business. Working closely with Operations, Venue Leaders and our IT team, you'll ensure our systems run smoothly and that our venue teams have the tools and support they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide day-to-day support for POS systems across multiple venues.
• Managing Me&U updates
• Troubleshoot and resolve POS hardware and software issues.
• Set up new terminals, menus, products and user permissions.
• Support venue openings, system upgrades and new technology rollouts.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system efficiency.

What we are looking for:

• A strong background in hospitality venue management with a solid understanding of day-to-day venue operations.
• You can support system upgrades and routine maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with POS systems and ordering platforms
• Reliable and able to work independently when required
• Monitor system logs for errors, failed processes, or security issues
