Shake things up at Manly Wharf! Artemus Group is on the hunt for passionate Bartenders to join our incredible team across our vibrant collection of waterfront venues at Manly Wharf.

As a Bartender, you'll be the face of the bar, creating exceptional drinks and memorable experiences for every guest. From crafting signature cocktails and pouring the perfect pint to recommending premium wines and spirits, you'll combine technical skill with genuine hospitality to deliver outstanding service.

We're currently recruiting Bartenders across the following venues:

  • Felons
  • Felons Seafood
  • 1979
  • Hugo's

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standard.
  • Deliver engaging and professional service to guests at the bar and throughout the venue.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our beverage menu and confidently recommend drinks to guests.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar at all times.
  • Ensure efficient service during busy periods while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation, ordering and inventory control.
  • Work collaboratively with floor and kitchen teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup and pack down of the bar.
  • Contribute ideas and energy as part of the opening team and help establish service standards from day one.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality venue.
  • Strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for beverage service.
  • A genuine love of hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
  • A positive attitude and team-focused approach.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Current RSA certification.
