We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and knows how to find exceptional talent before anyone else does.

If you're passionate about creating outstanding candidate experiences, building strong hiring partnerships and making a genuine impact on a growing business, this role will be for you.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Proactively sourcing exceptional candidates using LinkedIn, networking and creative sourcing techniques.
• Building talent pipelines that support both current and future hiring needs.
• Leading recruitment campaigns for new venue openings and high-volume projects.
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our employer brand.
• Using data and recruitment insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

About you:

• Proven experience in agency or in house recruitment.
• Confidence managing multiple roles in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to source passive talent.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for people and creating exceptional hiring experiences.
