Our newest venue will bring together exceptional food, vibrant hospitality and stunning views to create one of Sydney's most exciting dining experiences at Manly Wharf.

As we get ready to open our doors early September, we’re searching for a passionate Commis Chefs where you will play a key role in supporting daily kitchen operations, from food preparation and cooking to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. You’ll work closely with senior chefs, gaining hands-on experience and opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes across various kitchen sections
• Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every dish
• Follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Support stock rotation, storage, and waste reduction practices
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or relevant culinary training
• A strong passion for food and willingness to learn from experienced chefs
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, reliability, and enthusiasm to grow within the kitchen brigade
• Understanding of basic food safety and kitchen operation
