Our newest venue will bring together exceptional food, vibrant hospitality and stunning views to create one of Sydney's most exciting dining experiences at Manly Wharf.

As a Section Waiter, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, delivering attentive, knowledgeable and memorable service while building genuine connections with our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a venue from the very beginning and help set the standard for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional table service within your designated section, ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our food and beverage offerings, providing recommendations and confidently answering guest questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service delivery.
• Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming and engaging dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with runners, bartenders, hosts and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve any service issues.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and table maintenance throughout service.
• Assist with venue opening and closing duties as required.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with all venue policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support fellow team members during busy service periods.
• Help establish service standards and contribute to the success of the opening team.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar restaurant service role.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, with wine knowledge highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, friendly and confident approach to guest interactions.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• A team-first mentality and willingness to support those around you.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA certification.
