We're currently looking for passionate and energetic Bartenders to join our team. With an All In approach, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. If you enjoy being busy and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role!

Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting quality beverages with consistency and care
• Delivering memorable guest experiences with genuine hospitality
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
• Working collaboratively with a passionate and energetic team
• Bringing positive energy to every shift, whether it's a busy weekend service or a relaxed afternoon by the water

What we're looking for:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume venue  
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits (or a willingness to learn)
• A friendly, engaging personality and guest-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Current NSW RSA certification
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
