Marketing Producer| Felons Marketing

Felons Brewing Co. is quickly becoming the countries leading brewery and we’re on the hunt for passionate people to join the journey.

Felons Brewing Co. is looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Producer to join the Artemus Group team.

You’ll be responsible for bringing our annual marketing and activation plan to life — developing campaigns, creating content and working closely with our venue teams to drive awareness, footfall, bookings and memorable guest experiences.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, has great ideas and knows how to make them happen.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and delivering Felons’ annual marketing and activation plan.
• Creating campaigns that drive awareness, footfall, bookings and brand engagement.
• Managing social media, EDMs, website content and digital campaigns.
• Creating content around beer, events, activations and everything happening across Felons.
• Working closely with venue and hospitality teams to deliver campaigns and activations.
• Briefing and managing designers, photographers, agencies and creative partners.
• Managing promotions, competitions, advertising and media partnerships.
• Tracking campaign performance and using data to optimise activity and ROI.

What we’re looking for

You’re commercially minded, organised and proactive, with a genuine passion for marketing and hospitality. You love a good idea, know how to bring it to life and aren’t afraid to get stuck in.

You’ll bring:

• 6+ years marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, events or consumer brands.
• Strong digital, social and content skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience working with creative and agency partners.
• A data-driven mindset and focus on results.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience.
• Most importantly, passion, collaboration and an All In attitude.
