Marketing Coordinator | Felons Marketing

Artemus Group is quickly becoming leaders in Australian hospitality and entertainment precincts. With a focus on quality product and driven by passionate people, we’re on the hunt for a dynamic individual to join our growing team to help take us to new heights. 

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of our marketing, turning ideas into campaigns that get people talking, booking and heading to our precincts.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Bringing our annual marketing and activation plan to life.
• Creating campaigns that drive awareness, footfall, bookings and brand love.
• Managing social media, EDMs, website content and digital campaigns.
• Creating content around beer, events, activations and everything happening at Felons.
• Working closely with our venue and hospitality teams to make campaigns happen.
• Briefing designers, photographers, agencies and creative partners.
• Building relationships with media, PR and digital partners.
• Managing promotions, competitions and advertising campaigns.
• Tracking performance, analysing results and keeping a sharp eye on ROI.

What we’re looking for

You’re a go-getter, commercially minded and seriously organised. You love a good idea, know how to make it happen and aren’t afraid to get stuck in.

• 2–4 years’ marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, events or consumer brands.
• Strong digital, social and content skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience working with agencies and creative partners.
• A data-driven mindset and focus on results.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience
