Manly Wharf is buzzing, and we’re looking for Kitchen Attendants to join our growing team across our venues. With waterfront views, a fast-paced atmosphere and a team that knows how to be collaborative, there’s never a dull moment.

As a Kitchen Attendant, you’ll be an important part of keeping our kitchens running smoothly. You’ll help the chefs and wider kitchen team deliver great service by:

We're currently recruiting Kitchen Attendants across the following venues:

• Stanley – new venue opening
• Felons
• Felons Seafood
• Hugo's

Key Responsibilities:

• Keeping kitchen areas clean, organised and safe
• Washing dishes, equipment and utensils
• Supporting chefs with basic food preparation when required
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Assisting with deliveries, stock movement and kitchen organisation
• Keeping benches, floors and equipment clean throughout service
• Jumping in wherever the kitchen team needs a hand

What we're looking for:

• Reliable, energetic and hardworking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team players who are happy to lend a hand
• Organised and take pride in keeping things clean
• Available to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends
• Hospitality experience is great, but not essential
