Floor Supervisor

Perched on the sparkling shores of Manly Cove, Felons Seafood is a cocktail bar and dining room serving up precise Australian caught seafood with a laidback surf-village spirit.

We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager to join our dynamic and passionate front of house team. Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for leading by example demonstrating exceptional service, training team members and overseeing front of house operations during peak periods.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve.
• Lead and coach a diverse team, ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do.
• Assisting the guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate
• Contribute to a culture of care and safety, ensuring it becomes a way of life within the business.
• A high knowledge of the product produced in the venue.
• Ensuring venue presentation is always at a high standard.
• Assisting with stock control, labour management and daily reporting where required.
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality venue.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach with a willingness to lead by example.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
