Manly Wharf Events is looking for casual Event Team Members to join our team and help deliver unforgettable events right on the waterfront.

From corporate functions and private celebrations to big parties and everything in between, no two events are the same. We’re looking for energetic, hospitality-minded people who love working with a crowd, thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to create an experience guests will remember.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering warm, friendly and high-energy service to our guests
• Setting up and packing down event spaces
• Serving food and beverages across a range of events
• Working alongside the wider events and hospitality team to keep things running smoothly
• Helping create a fun, welcoming atmosphere from guest arrival through to the final farewell
• Jumping in wherever needed — no two shifts will look the same!

What we are looking for:

• Loves hospitality and creating great guest experiences
• Is energetic, reliable and enjoys being part of a team
• Can stay calm and organised when things get busy
• Has great communication and a positive attitude
• Is comfortable working evenings, weekends and event-based shifts
• Previous hospitality or events experience
• Can execute a 3 play carry or have the willingness to learn
