Set against the backdrop of Sydney Harbour, Manly Wharf is a vibrant hub of hospitality, dining and coastal energy. Home to a diverse collection of restaurants, bars and experiences, we're looking for a passionate and motivated professional to join our Central Services team following an internal promotion.
Reporting to the Central Services Beverage & Receivables Manager, you'll combine hands-on cellar operations with logistics coordination and operational support, ensuring the seamless movement of stock and the efficient running of our cellar and warehouse operations across the precinct.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee loading dock operations, receivables, and the efficient movement of stock across venues.
- Maintain cellar operations, including beer line cleaning, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and cellar organisation.
- Manage inventory through stocktakes, accurate record keeping, consumable ordering, and keg movements.
- Coordinate warehouse collections, deliveries, and stock transfers to support day-to-day operations.
- Provide operational support across venues and events, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Previous cellar experience, including cellar equipment maintenance, line cleaning and troubleshooting.
- Experience supervising receivables, warehousing or logistics operations, with a strong understanding of inventory control and stock management.
- Ability to safely perform repetitive manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting throughout shifts
- Knowledge of food safety, responsible alcohol handling and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.
- Proven leadership, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and operational workflows.
- Current RSA and open licence.
