Reporting to the Lead Brewer, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the brewery, delivering consistently high-quality beer while championing a culture of safety, care, and craftsmanship. This full-time, on-site role spans brewing, cellaring, and packaging, with opportunities to contribute to innovation, R&D, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

Safety & Care

  • Lead by example in promoting a strong safety and care culture
  • Ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained brewery operations
  • Support the development of new safety practices and uphold established ones

Brewery Operations

  • Deliver consistently high-quality beer, on time and to specification
  • Be actively involved in brewing, cellaring, and packaging activities
  • Support weekly production planning and logistics
  • Lead pilot brews and assist with R&D projects from grain to glass
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and operational optimisation
  • Assist with problem-solving and process improvements

People & Culture

  • Embody a culture of passion, quality, collaboration, and pride
  • Work closely with the brewing team to best practice; developing, and following SOPs
  • Actively engage in your personal development and skill-building

Customer Experience

  • Engage with guests on-site and at trade or promotional events as required
  • Support the hospitality team to deliver memorable brewery experiences

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years in a commercial brewing environment
  • Degree or diploma qualifications in brewing or complementary discipline
  • Experience in a continuous improvement manufacturing culture
  • Strong understanding of brewing processes and equipment
  • A vibrant, team-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proud of your work and motivated by quality and continuous improvement
  • Solution-focused, adaptable, and resourceful
