Aquatic Adventure Facilitator

Do you live and breathe life on the water? We are looking for an Aquatic Adventure Facilitator to join our team at Manly Kayak Centre!

You’ll be at the heart of the action at Manly Kayak Centre in a hands-on, varied role where no two days look the same. You’ll be guiding kayak and SUP sessions, chatting with guests, supporting events, and helping bring our waterfront space to life alongside the Felons team.

If you are confident leading water-based adventures, this is your chance to dive into an exciting role with real opportunity for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead kayaking, SUP, and other activity briefings
• Work alongside the Felons food and beverage team to bring the space to life 
• Conduct safety checks, monitor weather/water conditions, and follow emergency procedures
• Keeping equipment organised, well-maintained and ready to go
• Jumping in where needed to keep things running smoothly

What We Are Looking For:

• Confidence on and around the water
• Friendly, outgoing and hands-on approach to work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
• Licenses such as boat, RSA and WWCC are a bonus but not essential to apply!
